为充分利用我国丰富的钛资源,探讨在钢中加徵量钛的积极作用,从而可用徵量钛代替部分贵重合金在钢中的含量,这对我国钢铁生产的发展有着重要的意义。为此研究钢中加入不同的徵量钛并参照现场轧制条件测定其机械性能。经过炼制32炉钢,大量数据得出:随钛量增加,σ_s、σ_b增加,δ_s下降,并提出钛含量的最佳范围。本文用实验数据充分说明Ti对钢强化的机理。
In order to make full use of our country’s abundant titanium resources, explore the positive role of titanium in the steel, so that some valuable alloy can be replaced by the amount of titanium in the steel, which is of great significance for the development of China’s steel production. For this purpose, different amounts of titanium were added into the steel and the mechanical properties were measured according to the rolling conditions on site. After refining 32 furnace steel, a large number of data show: with the increase of titanium content, σ_s, σ_b increase, δ_s decreased, and put forward the best range of titanium content. In this paper, experimental data to fully explain the strengthening mechanism of Ti on steel.
