Recently, a leather factory in Guangzhou forced workers to work overtime more than 100 hours a month, and do not pay overtime pay as required. When being held accountable, the plant official said that the international financial crisis hit a lot, this is a helpless move. Such as this business, the moment there are still many in the country. These excuses and tricks make a lot of job seekers knowingly infringing on their own rights and have only to swallow their voices swiftly. As a result, many incarcerated workers are caught up in the dilemma of safeguarding their rights and protecting their rice bowls. It is chilling that some local governments, in order to maintain their growth, ensure their employment and maintain their stability, keep a close eye on the illegal employment of these enterprises.
