报告２例３眼Ｔｅｒｒｉｅｎ＇ｓ边缘部变性的角膜地形图改变。发现此病角膜地形图呈不对称蝴蝶结形及逆规性散光。此病早期特征为角膜病变处局部屈光度明显大于正常。治疗性表面角膜镜片术是此病的较好治疗方法。
2 cases of Terrien’s marginal degeneration of the corneal topography were reported in 3 cases. Found that the corneal topography showed asymmetric bowknot and inverse astigmatism. The disease early characterized by corneal lesions at the local refraction was significantly greater than normal. Therapeutic surface keratomileusis a better treatment of this disease.
