文化教育是国家政策中不可缺少的一部分,大到一个国家,小到一个学校、一所企业都应该要充分认识到艺术、文化教育的重要性。高校艺术通识教育的问题正越来越受到关注,其中的一个核心的问题即为:“精英教育”和“普及教育”之间的矛盾统一。笔者认为高校音乐通识教育一定要从音乐本体为主,强调音乐自身的审美价值,要直面、研究,并且强化音乐教育中的音乐基础知识。 Culture and education are an indispensable part of the national policy. As large as a country, as small as a school, a business enterprise should fully understand the importance of arts and culture education. The problem of art general education in colleges and universities is receiving more and more attention. One of the core problems is: the contradiction and unity between “elite education” and “universal education”. The author believes that college general education of music must be based on the main body of music, emphasizing the aesthetic value of music itself, we must face, study, and strengthen the basic knowledge of music in music education.
