This paper introduces the utilization and development trend of foreign solar power generation technologies. The issues concerning the simultaneous utilization of solar power generation and conventional grid power supply are also introduced. Meanwhile, the PEDS (Power Enhanced Power Supply System) using solar power generation and distribution feeder as the power source is introduced briefly
