元朝在海南岛设置“黎兵万户府” ,作为全岛最高军事机构。但其始置时间 ,因《元史》及现存诸旧志皆无明确记载 ,以致学术界众说纷纭 :或说元统二年 (1334年 )置 ,或说至元三十年 (12 93年 )置 ,或说至元二十八年 (12 91年 )置。现依据大量史实深入考证 ,认为其始置年代 ,当在元世祖至元十五年 (12 78年 )之后、至元二十四年 (12 87年 )之前。
Yuan Dynasty in Hainan Island set “Li Bin million house”, as the island’s highest military body. However, due to the fact that there is no clear record of the history of Yuan Dynasty and the existing records of the old records, the timing of its establishment has led to divergent views among the academic circles: or in the second year (1334) or the third year (1293 years) in Yuan Dynasty , Or until twenty-eight years (1291 years) set. Now based on a large number of historical facts in-depth textual research, that the beginning of its establishment, when the Yuan Shizuyuan fifteen years (1278 years), to twenty-four years (1287 years ago).
