本文以上海港木材装卸公司的木材、生铁货种为实验对象,应用定量分析理论,寻求一种合理而先进的评价港口装卸工艺方案优劣的方法。港口装卸工艺方案众多,评判装卸工艺方案的指标也很多,有的具有确定性,有的只具模糊性,不同的评价指标往往可能得出相互矛盾的结论。如何来评判一个装卸工艺方案的优劣呢?我们运用了专家咨询、模糊数学综合评判与计算机应用系统设计相结合的方法,取得了令人满意的效果。它既为港口现场生产调度指挥人员选择工艺方案提供了科学的依据,也为建港的工艺方案论证提出了新的思路。这对港口营运经济效益和管理水平的提高有着深刻现实意义。
In this paper, Shanghai Port Timber Handling Company timber, pig iron as the test object, the application of quantitative analysis theory, to seek a reasonable and advanced method to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of port handling program. There are many port loading and unloading technological solutions, and there are many indicators to judge the loading and unloading technological solutions. Some are certain and some are only fuzziness. Different evaluation indexes may often lead to contradictory conclusions. How to judge the advantages and disadvantages of a loading and unloading process plan? We use the method of expert consultation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of mathematics and computer application system design, and achieved satisfactory results. It not only provides a scientific basis for the selection of process plan for the command and control personnel of the on-site production dispatch, but also puts forward new ideas for process plan demonstration of Hong Kong Port. This has profound practical significance for the improvement of economic efficiency and management level of the port operation.
