关于化合物中氘的测定,国外的报导多为重水体系中氢、氘的测定。对化合物中氘的测定虽有报导,但资料较少,特别是对有机化合物中氘的测定至今未查到详细资料。为解决有关晶体材料中氘的测定,我们对化合物中氘的测定通过多种途径进行了研究,建立了重量法,燃烧分光光度法。但这些方法用样较多,手续较繁。为解决这些问题,根据同位素交换原理,经反复实验建立了同位素交换—分光光度法。
