南沙供电局地处广州地区最南端,邻近珠江出海口,是广州供电局有限公司属下最年轻的区级供电局。该供电局成立之初,电网基础水平相对薄弱、资源匮乏、网架结构不完善、供电环境复杂,通过近4年的努力,重点围绕“保安全、谋发展、促转型、强党建”的管理理念,充分发挥绩效考核“指挥棒”的作用,统筹、引导全局加大电网投资建设、设备运维管理、强化增供扩销和客户服务,南沙供电局的基础建设逐步得到加强,指标得到明显提升。基于此,本文提出了进一步发挥绩效考核“指挥棒”的作用,促进指标业绩跃上新台阶,并对此展开了分析。
