新课标要求我们重视合作学习,重视学生团结意识的养成。小组合作学习是合作学习最基本的形式,也是合作学习最有效的学习方式。把小组合作学习理论运用到中学的教育教学中,对教育的进步和发展有很积极的作用。合作学习的每一个小组成员并不是老师盲目地将学生进行分组,而是老师经过深思熟悉,充分考虑到小组中每一位成员的基本情况而划分出来的。同时,合作小组中也要注意人员的搭配,带头羊的选择等一系列问题。本文就小组合作学习理论在中学教育教学中的运用展开论述,并提出自己的一些看法。
The new curriculum requires us to attach importance to cooperative learning, attention to the development of student solidarity. Group cooperative learning is the most basic form of cooperative learning, cooperative learning is the most effective way to learn. The application of group cooperative learning theory to middle school education and teaching plays an active role in the progress and development of education. Instead of grouping students blindly, each team member in cooperative learning is divided by a well-thought-out teacher who takes into account the basic situation of each and every member of the group. At the same time, the cooperation team should also pay attention to a series of questions such as the collocation of personnel, the choice of leading sheep and so on. This article discusses the application of group cooperative learning theory in middle school education and teaching, and puts forward some of my own views.
