研究霍山石斛不同年龄茎的SOD、POD和CAT活性以及细胞膜脂质过氧化作用,结果表明,霍山石斛3年茎的SOD、POD和CAT活性最高,其茎显示出活跃的生理状态,采收栽培后的3年茎为药最适宜。霍山石斛茎中MDA含量随茎年龄增加而积累。同时,还测定了霍山石斛根、茎、叶中的Vc、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量,结果表明,霍山石斛不仅可采茎为药,而且根、叶等其它部分也有较高的营养成分,可进行综合利用。
The activity of SOD, POD, CAT and lipid peroxidation of D. huoshanense at different ages were studied. The results showed that the activity of SOD, POD and CAT was the highest in stems of D. huoshanense for 3 years. The stems showed active physiological state and harvest cultivation. After 3 years, stems are the most suitable for medicine. The MDA content in stems of Dendrobium huoshanense accumulates with increasing stem age. At the same time, the contents of Vc, soluble sugar and protein in roots, stems and leaves of Dendrobium huoshanense were also determined. The results showed that Dendrobium huoshanense not only has edible stems as medicine, but also other parts such as roots and leaves have higher nutrient contents and can be carried out.
