代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是一组高度异质性的多系统疾病,与代谢功能障碍密切相关.随着对MAFLD发病分子机制研究的逐步深入,MAFLD的药物靶点数量大量增加.这些药物作用于不同的病理生理过程,如脂质代谢、胰岛素抵抗、葡萄糖稳态、氧化应激、炎症或纤维化.本文针对不同作用靶点,将MAFLD的治疗药物研究进展进行概述,以期为MAFLD治疗提供参考.
