对结构进行理论计算,有利于了解其承载能力及受力状况,是桥梁检定工作必须进行的一环,在历年的试验中,计算工作占去大量时间。如何利用微机,简化结构计算过程尤其是大型结构的计算过程,是一项很有意义的工作。1991年,我们购进SAP84软件,利用该软件对此作过几年的探索,得益良多。 SAP84是一套适用于微机的结构通用计算程序,它用FORTRAN77和汇编语言编成,采用自由格式输入数据。该软件不仅可以计算小、中型结构,其子结构技巧使得可以在微机上计算大型结构,它采用“静力凝聚”的原理,大大节省了内存,提高了速度。下面是枝城长江大桥计算实例,从中可看出数据文件形成过程和子结构的运用。
Theoretical calculation of the structure is conducive to understanding its carrying capacity and stress conditions, and it is a necessary part of the bridge verification work. In the experiments over the years, the computation took up a great deal of time. How to use the computer to simplify the structural calculation process, especially the calculation of large structures, is a very meaningful work. In 1991, we purchased SAP84 software, which we have been able to exploit for several years to make a difference. SAP84 is a set of general-purpose computing program for computer structure. It is compiled with FORTRAN77 and assembly language and uses free-form input data. The software can not only calculate small and medium-sized structures, but also its sub-structure skills make it possible to calculate large structures on a microcomputer. It uses the principle of “static coalescence” to save memory and increase speed. The following is a calculation example of Zhijiang Yangtze River Bridge, from which we can see the data file formation process and the use of sub-structure.
