五、临床应用1.肿瘤的检查和定位:Lipson 在60年代发表的几篇早期文章及后来的 Gregorie 都描述了患者给 HPD 后各种类型的肿瘤出现荧光的情况,并指出可查出隐匿性肺癌(X 线及气管镜检查阴性,痰细胞检查阳性者)的可能性。但这种技术由于当时没有合适的工具,未能进一步探索。Profio 及 Doiron 系统是用氪离子激光做光源直接观察荧光,早田义博等共有三篇报告,动物实验报告一篇,48小时前给狗2.5～3.0mg/kg 的 HPD,正常支气管上皮未见荧光,严重不典型鳞状上皮化生可查出荧光。
V. Clinical Applications 1. Tumor Inspection and Localization: Several early articles published by Lipson in the 1960s and later Gregorie described the presence of fluorescence in various types of tumors after HPD, and pointed out that occult can be detected. The possibility of lung cancer (negative x-ray and tracheoscope examination, positive sputum cell test). However, this technology could not be further explored because there was no suitable tool at the time. The Profio and Doiron systems use helium ion laser as the light source for direct observation of fluorescence. Hayata Yoshihiro and others have three reports. One animal report reported that 2.5 to 3.0 mg/kg of HPD was given to dogs 48 hours ago. No fluorescence was observed in normal bronchial epithelium. Severely atypical squamous metaplasia can detect fluorescence.
