我区于今年七、八月间举办了一期以搞好档案清理、鉴定工作为內容的档案训练班。参加训练的共八十五人。有专区机关的,有县级机关的,也有公社的。在这些人员中,只有八名专职的档案干部,其余都是兼做档案工作的秘书、文书、打字员、收发员等。而这部分人中绝大多数又是做档案工作的新手。训练班刚开始,我们发现学员中存在着各种各样的思想:不少同志认为,“档案工作被人瞧不起,沒干头,沒出息”,有的认为,搞档案工作是“爬在字纸堆里,爬不出名堂”。有些兼做档案工作的同志认为“兼做档案
