各区人民政府,市政府直属各单位:《海口市创业小额担保贷款暂行办法》已经2009年8月28日十四届政府第49次常务会议审议通过,现予印发,请遵照执行。二〇〇九年九月十五日海口市创业小额担保贷款暂行办法第一章总则第一条为大力支持本市全民创业,规范促进就业创业小额担保贷款工作管理,促进海口经济的发展,根据《国务院关于做好促进就业工作的通知》(国发[2008]5号)、《关于进一步改进小额担保贷款管理积极推动创业促进就业的通知》
