多原发性口腔癌较少见,我科近十年223例住院治疗的口腔癌患者中,仅有两例,报告于下。病例1 患者男性、63岁、农民,住院号A-0009542。主因左颊后部长一肿物5个多月,于1979年9月27日入院。患者于1972年右舌尖部长一肿物,在我科手术切除,病理报告为鳞状细胞癌,查体无异常发现。患者有吸咽嗜好。口腔检查:口腔卫生不良,颊、舌、唇粘膜上有大小不等散在的白色斑块,右颊后部有2.5×2×1厘米大小之乳头状肿物。左软腭
Many primary oral cancers are rare. Of the 223 patients who had been hospitalized for oral cancer in our department for the last ten years, only two were reported. Case 1 Patient Male, 63 years old, farmer, hospital number A-0009542. He was admitted to the hospital on September 27, 1979, mainly because he had a post-cheek-to-neck mass for more than five months. The patient had a tumor of the right tongue tip in 1972 and was surgically resected in our department. The pathology report was squamous cell carcinoma and no abnormal findings were found. Patients have sucking habits. Oral examination: bad oral hygiene, white patches of varying sizes on the mucous membranes of the cheeks, tongue, and lip, and a papillary mass of 2.5 x 2 x 1 cm in the back of the right cheek.
