复合材料层合板广泛应用于航空航天结构,开口补强问题也一直受到关注。本文以含大开口复合材料层合板为研究对象,在剪切载荷作用下,分别采用不同补强材料和不同补强型式进行补强结构优化设计。以补强结构重量为目标函数,采用多级优化方法,对补强结构参数进行优化设计。对不同补强型式,不同补强材料下的重量特性进行了对比分析。研究表明,在各种工况条件下,相较于螺接补强及共固化补强,插层补强型式较优,结构重量增加较小。
Composite laminates are widely used in aerospace structures and the issue of opening reinforcement has also drawn attention. In this paper, a large open composite laminates as the research object, under the action of shear load, using different reinforcing materials and different reinforcing modalities to optimize the structure of the reinforcement design. In order to enhance the weight of the structure as the objective function, multi-level optimization method is used to optimize the structural parameters of the reinforced structure. The weight characteristics under different reinforcing types and different reinforcing materials were compared and analyzed. The results show that under various working conditions, compared with the bolting reinforcement and co-curing reinforcement, the type of intercalation and reinforcement is better and the structural weight increase is smaller.
