目的:探讨眼球挫伤后不同受伤部位、程度与视网膜电图(ERG),视诱发电位(VEP)敏感度之间的关系。方法:VEP使用黑白棋盘格反转刺激128次(P—VEP),纪录结果。ERG则采用单次闪光暗适应ERG(F—ERG),统一纪录条件,分别记录。结果:轻度视网膜损伤就可表现为F—ERG的b波下降,较严重病例才表现为P—VEP异常。不同组病例F—ERG和P—VEP改变与眼球挫伤部位,程度有相关性。结论:视网膜损伤多表现为F—ERG改变,其中以b波降低最敏感。P—VEP对于轻度视神经损伤就有较高敏感性,严重病例P—VEP可熄灭。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the degree of injury and the electroretinogram (ERG) and visual evoked potential (VEP) sensitivity after eye contusion. METHODS: VEP was stimulated 128 times with black and white checkerboard (P-VEP) to record the results. ERG uses a single flash dark adaptation ERG (F-ERG), unified recording conditions, were recorded. Results: Mild retinal injury can be manifested as the decrease of b-wave of F-ERG, more serious cases showed abnormal P-VEP. There was a correlation between the changes of F-ERG and P-VEP in different groups of patients and the extent and location of eye contusion. CONCLUSIONS: Retinal lesions mostly show changes of F-ERG, of which the most sensitive is b wave reduction. P-VEP for mild optic nerve injury have a higher sensitivity, severe cases P-VEP can be extinguished.
