一、释义 “动机”是推动一个人从事某种活动的心理动因或内部动力。动机归根结底是由需要产生的,由于需要的多样性,决定了动机种类的多样化。“进取动机”是受一个人不满足已达到的水平或已获得的成绩而不断向更高的水平和更大的成绩努力时所产生的,这是一种积极的、主动的动机,能产生持久的、主动的行为动力。体育教学是对学生身心都有良好影响的多功能系统,是培养学生良好的进取动机的有效途径,本文对此问题作了初步探讨。
First, the interpretation of “motivation” is to promote a person engaged in some kind of psychological motivation or internal motivation. Motivation, in the final analysis, arises from what needs to be done and, due to the diversity of needs, determines the diversification of motivational categories. An “aggressive motivation” arises when a person continually strives towards a higher level and greater success when she is unsatisfied with the attainment or achievement she has achieved, a positive and proactive motivation that produces Persistent, active behavioral power. Physical education is a multi-functional system that has a good influence on students’ mind and body. It is an effective way to cultivate good motivation of students. This paper makes a preliminary study on this issue.
