在最近召开的全国经贸委外经贸工作会议上 ,国家经贸委有关部门领导指出 :“深圳市是加工贸易集中的地区 ,加工贸易占其外贸总额的84% ,在地方经济中起着举足轻重的作用。深圳市经贸局着眼于地方经济的健康发展 ,把加工贸易当做重点来抓 ,认真落实各项政策 ,加强整顿规范 ,主动为企业服务 ,使加工贸易稳步增长。”2002年 ,为保持我国国民经济的发展速度 ,做好外贸工作有着重要的意义。今年经济形势困难较多。因此准确地估计形势 ,采取有效的应对措施 ,加强宏观调控 ,十分必要。本期“内贸外贸”栏目刊发邱庆芳同志的文章 ,介绍了近年来深圳市作好外贸工作的经验 ,希望能对各地做好2002年外贸工作有所借鉴。
