为制备石墨铸铝复合材料,本文提供了向液态铝合金中加裸体石墨的一种新方法——阻铸工艺.本文就阻浮元素“M_1”,系统地研究了石墨铝复合材料的制备工艺和性能.通过研究阻浮元素对铝—石墨之间润湿性的影响,分铝—石墨界面元素的分布,探讨了阻浮元素的作用机理.结果表明:加入阻浮元素后,有利于石墨粉的引入和弥散分布,抑制了石墨颗粒的飘浮.石墨铝复合材料的摩擦性能优于Al—20Sn合金,可以取代Sn青铜,或部分取代Sn基巴氏合金.
