利用闪光灯作为抽运源研究了Nd∶GdVO4晶体的脉冲激光性能。激光晶体样品尺寸为 4mm× 4mm× 6mm。当输出镜透过率T =15 % ,抽运能量为 6 .32J时 ,激光器静态输出能量为 31.7mJ。对T =7%的输出镜 ,抽运阈值为 0 .13J。用厚度为 1.5mm ,小信号透过率为 5 4 .7%的Cr4+ ∶YAG晶体片实现了激光器的被动调Q运转 ,测得动态和静态激光能量输出之比约为 1∶3。在T =15 %的输出镜透过率下 ,当抽运能量为 3.89J和 6 .32J时 ,分别得到了脉冲宽度为 4 8.0ns和 39.2ns的单脉冲输出
The pulsed laser performance of Nd: GdVO4 crystal was studied by using flash as pumping source. The laser crystal sample size is 4 mm × 4 mm × 6 mm. When the output mirror transmittance T = 15%, pumping energy of 6. 32J, the laser static output energy of 31.7mJ. For a T = 7% output mirror, the pump threshold is 0.13J. The passive Q-switched operation of the laser was achieved with a Cr4 +: YAG crystal with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a small signal transmittance of 54.7%. The ratio of dynamic and static laser energy output was measured to be about 1: 3. At the output mirror transmission rate of T = 15%, when the pumping energy is 3.89J and 6.32J, the single pulse output with pulse width of 4. 8.0ns and 39.2ns respectively
