用砷铈接触法测定 6 7名待产孕妇尿碘 ,放射免疫分析法测定脐血T4 、TSH ,荧光光度法测定脐血硒。结果显示 ,新生儿脐血全血硒平均含量为 0 12 8± 0 0 0 4μg/ml,脐血清T4为 149 6 9± 5 4 5 6nmol/L ,在正常范围者占 71 2 % ,脐血清TSH为 2 2 7± 5 19mIU/L ,TSH <5mIU/L者占 89 4% ,待产妇尿碘中位数为 741 9μg/L。结果表明 :广州市新生儿及待产孕妇硒碘营养状况良好 ,尿碘较高。高碘摄入未见到对脐血硒的影响。有流产病史者与无流产病史者所生新生儿脐血硒含量无显著性差异
