近几十年,生物多样性已经减少和面临严重的威胁,保护生物多样性已成为全人类的共识。文章简述了植物遗传多样性的利用情况,详细介绍检测遗传多样性的方法,主要包括形态学标记、细胞学(染色体)标记、生理生化标记、分子标记等方法。迄今为止,任何一种检测遗传多样性的方法都存在各自优点和局限性,还找不到一种可以完全取代其他方法的技术。
In recent decades, biodiversity has been reduced and faced with serious threats and the protection of biodiversity has become the consensus of all humankind. The article briefly described the utilization of plant genetic diversity, introduced in detail the method of detecting genetic diversity, including morphological markers, cytology (chromosome) markers, physiological and biochemical markers, molecular markers and other methods. So far, any method for testing genetic diversity has its own advantages and limitations, and there is still no technology that can completely replace other methods.
