鱼胆中毒病例死亡率较高。迄今国内约有157例报道,但资料不一。现将我院11年来收治20例急性鱼胆中毒所致的急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)进行分析。 1 临床资料 男12例,女8例;年龄10—65岁。ARF首发症状在服鱼胆后3h即出现少尿。恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、稀便等时间为:半～1h:6例,2～5h:7例,6～14h:7例。入院时间:6h～12天。生吞吃3～12斤重草鱼之 Fish bile poisoning cases higher mortality.
