05Cr26Ni7Mo3CuN铸钢是一种新型的具有优越综合机械性能和良好耐腐性的奥氏体—铁素体型双相不锈钢。但是,用这种钢生产大中型结构较复杂的空心薄壁铸件,铸态阶段是极易形成解理断裂机制的冷裂纹的。本文系统地分析了铸件形成解理冷裂纹的原因,并提出了简单易行的予防措施。生产实践证明,是卓有成效的。
05Cr26Ni7Mo3CuN cast steel is a new type of austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel with superior overall mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance. However, with this type of steel to produce large and medium-sized hollow-walled thin-walled castings with more complex structure, the as-cast stage is easily formed cold crack cleavage fracture mechanism. This paper systematically analyzes the reasons for the formation of cold cracks in the castings, and puts forward some simple precautionary measures. Production practice has proved fruitful.
