研究了用浸渍工艺制备糠醛液相加氢制糠醇的Cu/SiO_2负载型催化剂的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,该催化剂具有高活性和良好的选择性,糠醛转化率为100%,糠醇选择性为98%。同时改察了作为助催化剂的碱土金属的催化作用和该催化剂重复使用的性能和寿命。
The optimum conditions for preparing Cu / SiO 2 supported catalysts for the furfural hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol by impregnation were studied. The results show that the catalyst has high activity and good selectivity, furfural conversion was 100%, furfuryl alcohol selectivity was 98%. At the same time, the catalysis of the alkaline earth metal as a cocatalyst and the performance and the life of the catalyst for repeated use were investigated.
