通过分析再生冷却通道的换热特性及其影响因素,基于材料许用温度限制,提出了一种再生冷却面板的温度控制热设计方法.通过设计冷却面板的通道结构,改变通道的传热性能,使冷却面板内不同位置的通道具有不同的冷却能力.采用有限体积法结合蒙特卡罗法及对流换热实验关联式,数值模拟了温度控制热设计方法下再生冷却面板的冷却作用,结果显示该方法在适应非均匀热流密度分布的同时满足结构材料的许用温度限制,保证了结构的热可靠性.
Based on the analysis of the heat transfer characteristics of regenerative cooling channels and its influencing factors, a temperature control heat design method for regenerative cooling panels is proposed based on the allowable material temperature limits. By designing the channel structure of the cooling panels and changing the heat transfer performance of the channels, So that the cooling channels in different positions have different cooling capacity.The finite volume method combined with Monte-Carlo method and convection heat transfer correlation experiment, numerical simulation of the cooling effect of regenerative cooling panel under the temperature control thermal design method, the results show that the The method satisfies the allowable temperature limit of the structural material while adapting to the non-uniform heat flux density distribution, and ensures the thermal reliability of the structure.
