在全面推进依法治国中应进一步深化法学教育改革,首要的是教育学生树立法治信仰,树立法治信仰应该贯穿于法学教育的始终;解决理论与实际脱节是法学教育改革重要环节,必须改变传统课堂灌输式教学的方式,提倡老师与学生互动,有效地调动学生的积极性,根本的还是要着眼于提倡教师自身教学理论联系实际:应该正确定位法学教育,在进行通才教育的同时兼顾职业教育,加强对学生职业技能教育。
