乳腺浸润性导管癌约占乳腺癌85％以上［1］，是乳癌的基本类型，其结构复杂，形态多样，为此我们应用高额及彩色多普勒超声对其进行诊断探讨。1资料和方法我院1993年1月-1998年9月行外科乳腺癌手术46例，其中行彩超检查并经手术病理证实8例，均为浸润性导管癌，年龄39－64岁，
Breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma accounts for more than 85% of breast cancer [1]. It is the basic type of breast cancer. Its structure is complex and its morphology is diverse. For this reason, we use high-value and color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose it. 1 Materials and Methods 46 cases of surgical breast cancer were performed in our hospital from January 1993 to September 1998. Among them, 8 cases were performed color Doppler ultrasound examination and confirmed by pathology. All of them were infiltrating ductal carcinoma and were 39-64 years old.
