为满足中国先进研究堆(CARR)管道系统安装进展的需要,对二次水(SCS)管道系统的支撑设置进行优化分析。根据模型边界的变动情况,以易于现场安装和满足应力要求为原则,对该管系进行了优化分析。该优化方案(图1)调整了一些支撑的位置和类型,不仅没有增添新支撑,且去掉了原来设置的3个阻尼器(标号1、2、3处)。该方案所设置支撑的位置和生根方式最终满足了应力分析的要求(表1),确保了现场的可实施性,且节省了费用,提高了经济性能。
In order to meet the needs of installation progress of China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR) pipeline system, the support settings of secondary water (SCS) pipeline system are optimized and analyzed. According to the variation of the model boundary, the pipe system was optimized and analyzed based on the principle of easy site installation and stress. The optimization scheme (Figure 1) adjusts the position and type of some supports, not only without adding new support, and the original set of three dampers removed (1, 2, 3). The location of the support and the rooting mode of the program finally meet the requirements of stress analysis (Table 1), which ensures the feasibility of on-site implementation, saves the cost and improves the economic performance.
