阐述了钨-铼型（WRe3-WRe25）热电偶用于炼钢连铸中间包钢水连续测温的实验。采用外保护管与热电偶分体组装方式测温。结果表明钨铼偶采用填充固体细粉制成实芯偶，其寿命可达30h以上，外保护管寿命达8～10h，热电偶寿命范围内测量精度1％T。响应时间τ0.9≤90s。
The experiment of continuous temperature measurement of molten steel in continuous casting tundish with tungsten-rhenium (WRe3-WRe25) thermocouple was described. Using external protection tube and thermocouple split assembly temperature measurement. The results show that tungsten rhenium even filled solid powder made of solid core even life expectancy of up to 30h, the outer tube life of 8 ~ 10h, thermocouple measurement accuracy of 1% T range. Response time τ0.9 ≤ 90s.
