The Institute of Power Engineering of China Mechanical Engineering Society was held in Lanzhou from August 6th to 12th, 1986. The meeting was chaired by the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, General Manager Gong Gong, Secretary-General Ma Zukang, and President of Gansu Industrial University, Cao Yu, and a total of 101 people from 57 units attended the meeting. The papers read by the conference include: 1 Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and Henan Electric Power Design Institute: An inspection report on hot water in West Germany. 2 First Automobile Manufacturing Plant: Introduction of Experience in High-temperature Water Operation in Thermal Power Plants. 3 Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Design and Research Institute: Introduction of design of high temperature hot water network. 4 Tianjin Technology Exchange Station: High Temperature Water Heater
