目的探讨顶空气相色谱-质谱法应用于电子行业化学品中正己烷分析的可行性。方法采用顶空气相色谱-质谱法检测电子行业化学品中的正己烷。全扫描后选择质荷比为86、57、41的离子作为定性离子,加标验证,定量方法采用选择离子扫描法。结果方法检出限为4.520×10-4mmol/L。对3种检测样品进行实测,相对标准偏差为3.5%~7.7%,加标回收率为88.5%~104.7%。结论本法适用于各种电子化学品中正己烷的检测。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in the analysis of n-hexane in electronics industry. Methods Headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect n-hexane in electronics industry chemicals. After full scan, ions with mass-to-charge ratios of 86, 57, and 41 were selected as qualitative ions and spiked and validated. Quantitative methods were selected by ion scan. Results The detection limit was 4.520 × 10-4mmol / L. The results showed that the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 3.5% ~ 7.7% and the spiked recoveries were 88.5% ~ 104.7%. Conclusion This law applies to the detection of n-hexane in various electronic chemicals.
