目的:观察坎地沙坦脂联合地黄叶总苷治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:将我院早期糖尿病肾病患者78例作为本次研究活动的对象。观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合地黄叶总苷予以治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:疗结果显示,所有患者肾功能与尿微量白蛋白均明显改善,且观察组患者的改善效果更为显著,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05);与此同时,观察组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇以及甘油三酯的水平改善效果,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:早期糖尿病肾病患者服用坎地沙坦脂联合地黄叶总苷的临床效果显著于单纯服用坎地沙坦脂,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of candesartan fat and total leaf glycosides in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 78 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital as the object of this study. Patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of Rehmanniae glycosides on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The results of treatment showed that renal function and urine microalbumin were significantly improved in all patients, and the improvement in the observation group was more significant (P <0.05). At the same time, the fasting blood glucose , Glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels improved, the data in line with statistical differences (P <0.05). Conclusions: The clinical efficacy of candesartan plus linden total glycosides in patients with early diabetic nephropathy is significantly higher than that of candesartan alone, which is worthy of clinical application.
