泵漏失井合理检泵时机探讨

抽油机井在生产过程中,受泵漏失影响,产量下降,需要进行检泵作业恢复产量,但漏失到何种程度进行检泵比较合理难以判断,主观判断检泵时机过早或过晚都会导致效益下降。根据数理统计学原理,结合具体区块泵漏失后产量数据,回归得出漏失程度与漏失天数呈线性关系,得到漏失后产油递减规律;结合油田计算效益的方法,推导出单井日效益模型,从而应用高等数学算法得出最佳检泵时机计算公式,准确计算最佳检泵时间;将公式图版化,并引入原油价格变量,通过图版快速判断出不同国际油价下的检泵时机;通过计算机模拟的最佳检泵时机与公式计算结果相一致,从理论上对成果本身进行验证;通过将该公式和图版应用于本区块某井的检泵时机判断,相比于漏失初期进行检泵,单井日效益增加630.3元。 Pumping wells in the production process, the impact of loss by the pump, production decline, the need for pump recovery operation to resume production, but the leakage to the extent of the pump is more difficult to determine the reasonable, subjectively determine the pump timing too early or too will lead to Benefit decline.
