上海市房地产中介服务行业发展迅速 ,日趋规范 ,有效地促进了房地产市场的繁荣。在我国即将加入 WTO的现实情况下 ,对房地产中介服务行业现存问题进行分析 ,并提出了应对措施。
Shanghai real estate intermediary service industry has developed rapidly and has become more standardized and effectively promoted the prosperity of the real estate market. Under the reality that our country is about to join the WTO, the existing problems in the real estate intermediary service industry are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
