由于存在知识异质性,研发团队成员必须通过成员间的知识共享来提高团队成员间的合作,从而保证团队的目标得以实现。在对知识异质性与知识共享的国内外文献加以梳理和评述的基础上,建立了反映研发团队知识异质性的教育背景异质性、知识技能异质性、职业经验异质性和工作经验异质性对知识共享影响的理论模型。基于问卷调查获得的数据,运用回归分析、相关分析等方法进行了实证研究。结果表明:知识技能异质性、职业经验异质性与工作经验异质性对知识共享均有正向作用,团队成员的教育背景异质性对知识共享具有反向影响。
Because of the heterogeneity of knowledge, R & D team members must improve the team’s cooperation by enhancing the cooperation among team members through knowledge sharing among members. On the basis of combing and reviewing the literature both at home and abroad about the heterogeneity and knowledge sharing of knowledge, this paper established a heterogeneous education background, heterogeneity of knowledge and skills, heterogeneity of work experience and work reflecting the heterogeneity of R & D team The Theoretical Model of the Influence of Empirical Heterogeneity on Knowledge Sharing. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, we conducted empirical research using regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results show that: knowledge and skill heterogeneity, occupational experience heterogeneity and work experience heterogeneity have a positive effect on knowledge sharing, and the heterogeneity of team members’ education background has an opposite effect on knowledge sharing.
