据了解,目前我国现有烧碱生产厂家200多家,年生产能力达650万吨左右,居世界前列.因产能超过了市场需求,导致价格下跌,目前96%固碱市场价在2000元/吨左右.近两年就有天化8.5万吨、南宁2万吨、芜湖2万吨、青岛6万吨、西安4万吨、开封2万吨等在建或已建成投产的离子膜烧碱生产装置.为此今年国内烧碱行业仍必须采取限产的措施,预计产量在500万～520万吨左右.
It is understood that currently there are more than 200 caustic soda manufacturers in China, with an annual production capacity of about 6.5 million tons, which ranks among the top in the world. Due to the production capacity exceeding the market demand, the prices have dropped. At present, the market price of 96% solid caustic soda is RMB 2,000 per ton. In the past two years, there have been 8 million tons of Tianhua, 20,000 tons in Nanning, 20,000 tons in Wuhu, 60,000 tons in Qingdao, 40,000 tons in Xi’an, 20,000 tons in Kaifeng, and other ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production facilities under construction or put into operation. For this year’s domestic caustic soda industry, measures must still be taken to limit production. The output is expected to be around 5 million to 5.2 million tons.
