一、提高员工对执行力文化建设的思想认识提高认识,就是要提高各级管理人员和员工对执行力文化教育的思想认识。在提高认识的基础上,要进一步统一思想。要把执行力文化教育作为一项重中之重的工作来认识。在思想上要明确工作职责;在思路上要清晰工作目标。要制定切实可行的执行力文化教育方案,要结合自身的实际,积极地操作和实施。要认识到什么是执行力文化?其目的和出发点是什么?笔者认为:执行力文化就是企业员工在执行过程中的价值观念,群体意识和行为规范乃至行为习惯的总和。主要的目的是:健全制度,推进工作。出发点是:促进企业经济发展;推进企业改革改制:提高队伍整体素质。
First, to enhance staff awareness of the cultural construction of executive power to raise awareness, it is necessary to improve the managers and employees at all levels on the execution of cultural and ideological understanding. On the basis of raising awareness, we must further unify our thinking. We should recognize the implementation of culture and education as a top priority. In the ideological work to be clear responsibilities; in line to clear the work objectives. In order to formulate feasible cultural and educational programs for executive force implementation, we must actively operate and implement it in the light of our own actual conditions. To recognize what is the culture of executive power? What is the purpose and starting point? The author believes that: executive culture is the implementation of employees in the process of values, group awareness and behavior norms and even the sum of behavior. The main purpose is to: improve the system and promote work. The starting point is: to promote economic development of enterprises; promote enterprise reform and restructuring: improve the overall quality of the team.
