目的:研究清音丸和其改良剂型清音片的祛痰作用以及对慢性咽炎模型家兔治疗作用。方法:采用ICR小鼠,清音片和清音丸高、中、低剂量组(0.910,0.455,0.228 g生药/kg)灌胃给药14 d后,末次给药后1 h腹腔注射0.25%酚红20ml/kg,测定小鼠气管洗涤液吸光度值;家兔口腔喷4%氨水并在其咽部粘膜注射松节油造成慢性咽炎模型,观察清音丸、清音片连续给药14 d对该模型家兔血液学及咽部组织病理的作用。结果:清音丸、清音片高、中、低剂量组(0.910,0.455,0.228 g生药/kg)均有增强气管排泌酚红的作用,剂型间无显著性差异;病理报告表明,清音片高、中、低剂量组(0.910,0.455,0.228 g生药/kg)对于由松节油引起粘膜化脓有明显的抗炎作用,两种剂型药效无明显差异。结论:清音丸由蜜丸剂型改为片剂后保持了原来祛痰、治疗慢性咽炎的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expectorant effect of Qingyin Pill and its modifier-type clear-sounding tablets and its therapeutic effect on chronic pharyngitis model rabbits. Methods: ICR mice, Qingyin tablets and Qingyin pill were given intragastrically for 14 days after intragastric administration of high, medium and low dose groups (0.910,0.455 and 0.228 g crude drug / kg), and intraperitoneal injection of 0.25% phenol red 20ml / kg, and the absorbance value of tracheal washer fluid of mice was measured. In rabbits, 4% aqueous ammonia was sprayed on the rabbits and chronic pharyngitis was caused by injection of turpentine on mucous membrane of the pharynx. Results: There was no significant difference in the excretion of phenol red from the trachea with clear tone pill, clear tone tablet medium, low dose group (0.910,0.455,0.228 g crude drug / kg). The pathological reports showed that the clear tone tablet , Medium and low dose group (0.910,0.455,0.228 g crude drug / kg) for turpentine caused mucosal suppuration purulent obvious anti-inflammatory effect, no significant difference between the two formulations efficacy. Conclusion: Yumin pills from pill form to tablets to retain the original expectorant, the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
