从第一套基于IEC1158/ISA S50.02的现场总线系统安装至今4年内,越来越多的用户和制造厂商开始支持这一技术。甚至一些传统 DCS系统供应商也转而推出符合现场总线的解决方案,最终用户也不再持观望态度。对于现场总线系统(FCS)取代DCS系统的优势,用户的看法是一致的。现场总线的种种优点,如前期投入和维护的低成本,灵活的可扩展性,更多的管理信息,更高的产品一致性和灵活性等等,满足了用户需求。另一方面,用户对于现场总线的担心也趋于一致,主要是冗余和故障隔离,高级控制,企业资源管理(ERP),现有设备向现场总线迁移等。其中,最关注的问题是, FCS是否会取代 DCS, 以及DCS系统框架会有什么样的变化?
From the first installation of a fieldbus system based on IEC1158 / ISA S50.02 to 4 years to date, more and more users and manufacturers are beginning to support this technology. Even some traditional DCS system suppliers turn to fieldbus-compliant solutions and end users are no longer on the sidelines. For the advantages of fieldbus system (FCS) instead of DCS system, the user’s view is consistent. The advantages of fieldbus, such as low cost of initial investment and maintenance, flexible scalability, more management information, higher product consistency and flexibility to meet the needs of users. On the other hand, users are also more concerned about the field bus, mainly redundancy and fault isolation, advanced control, enterprise resource management (ERP), the existing equipment to the field bus migration. Among them, the most concern is that, FCS will replace DCS, and DCS system framework will have what kind of change?
