我们赤峰一建成立于1956年,现有职工三千多人,是地市级全民所有制施工企业。由于主客观方面的原因,1984年以来,企业效益不断下降,1986年亏损达95.1万元,成本、质量、劳动生产率等经济指标,由1984年的自治区排名第一,一下子跌落到排名第十一,企业效益差,职工情绪低,在这种情况下,1987年我们向中国施工企业管理协会正式提出咨询申请。1988年1月,协会组织了9人的咨询组,对我公司进行了为期14天的综合管理咨询,此后不断跟踪了解并指导实施,1991年9月,又进行了回访咨询。

Economic indicators such as cost, quality, labor productivity, etc., ranked first in the autonomous region in 1984 and fell to the 10th in the rankings. First, the poor performance of enterprises and low employee sentiment. In this case, in 1987 we formally submitted a consultation application to the China Construction Enterprise Management Association. In January 1988, the association organized a consultation group of 9 people and conducted a 14-day comprehensive management consultation on our company. Since then, it has kept track of and guided the implementation. In September 1991, it conducted a return visit.
