随着第二汽车制造厂汽车产量的逐年增加,各地运输部门投入使用的东风EQ140型五吨载重车数量也日益增多。由于各地使用条件差异较大,因而在个别地方出现了后钢板弹簧总成在中心孔处断裂的非正常损坏现象。为了克服钢板弹簧在总装配时出现错位和在使用中发生散片现象,东风EQ140型五吨载重汽车的前、后、副钢板弹簧,均不采用中心凸台结构(图1),而采用了中心螺栓结构(图2),在每片钢板弹簧片中心部位都冷冲出一个φ12.5的mm中心孔,中心螺栓穿过这些孔,把各弹簧片组装成整架的钢板弹簧。
