说到饮食防癌,应从日常做起,一方面要均衡摄入多种食物,使身体获得所需的营养素;另一方面还要改变以往不良的饮食习惯,避免致癌饮食,才能达到更好的防癌效果。在我们日常生活常吃的食物中,确实有一些食物含有致癌的物质,但只要通过一定的加工处理和合理搭配,也能得到改善。
