压力容器安全阀安全泄放量的计算涉及热力学知识,且介质的热力学数据查找困难,其计算是长期困扰压力容器设计者的难题。为此,笔者进行了研究,并通过分析、比较、验算整理出了补充计算公式和常用介质物理热力学数据等计算所需的相关资料,以此希望能解决计算困难。以下未说明的符号和使用的单位按GB 150附录B的定义。1压力容器的安全泄放量W_S计算1.1盛装气态的压力容器1.1.1已知气源的产气量如气源的体积流量V=12Nm~3/min,则压力容器的安全泄放量:
The calculation of safe discharge volume of pressure vessel safety valve involves the knowledge of thermodynamics, and the thermodynamic data of the medium is difficult to find. Its calculation is a long-term problem for pressure vessel designers. Therefore, the author has carried on the research, and through the analysis, the comparison, the check calculates the related data which the supplementary formula and the common medium physics thermodynamics data and so on computation needs, in hopes to solve the calculation difficulty.
