在经济高速发展的背景下,许多企业为了生存和盈利,不仅从根本上改革、优化经营管理制度,还对人事档案管理加以创新和完善。这主要是因为人事档案管理状况直接影响着企业人才资源的开发与利用效率,还在一定程度上代表着企业的实力,并与企业的发展前景息息相关。然而,当代人事档案管理存在诸多问题,而且解决人事档案管理问题的难度较大。因此,本文就人事档案管理存在的弊端入手分析,并研究了相应的解决对策,希望能借此提高我国人事档案管理的质量和效率,助企业发展一臂之力。
In the context of rapid economic development, in order to survive and profit, many enterprises not only fundamentally reform and optimize the management system, but also innovate and improve their personnel records management. This is mainly because the management of personnel files directly affects the efficiency of the development and utilization of human resources in enterprises, and to a certain extent, it represents the strength of enterprises and is closely related to the development prospects of the enterprises. However, there are many problems in contemporary personnel file management, and it is more difficult to solve the personnel file management problem. Therefore, this article analyzes the disadvantages of personnel file management, and studies the corresponding solutions, hoping to improve the quality and efficiency of personnel file management in our country and help enterprises to develop their hand.
