目的探讨宫颈癌不同能量调强适形放射治疗对肿瘤组织和危及器官受照剂量的影响。方法患者CT定位,数据传输至计划系统。在CT层面上逐层勾画临床靶区(CTV),对CTV均匀外扩1.0 cm,由计划系统自动生成计划靶区(PTV),同时勾画危及器官(OAR)膀胱、直肠、小肠等。进而同时设计出不同能量调强适形放射治疗计划。应用剂量曲线及剂量体积直方图对肿瘤的PTV和OAR的剂量分布进行比较。结果宫颈癌不同能量调强适形放射治疗剂量分布无明显差异。结论调强适形放射治疗能量取6MV,不主张用15MV。
Objective To investigate the effect of different energy intensity conformal radiotherapy of cervical cancer on tumor tissue and organs at risk dose. Methods CT location of patients, data transmission to the planning system. The clinical target area (CTV) was delineated layer by layer on the CT level. The CTV was uniformly expanded by 1.0 cm. The planned target area (PTV) was automatically generated by the planning system. The bladder, rectum and small intestine of the organ were also outlined. At the same time, different energy intensity modulated conformal radiation therapy plans are designed. Dose profiles of PTV and OAR in tumors were compared using dose curves and dose-volume histograms. Results There was no significant difference in dose distribution of conformal radiotherapy between different energy intensity of cervical cancer. Conclusion Intensity modulated radiotherapy energy to take 6MV, do not advocate the use of 15MV.
