高效液相色谱测定环境水、作物中的涕灭威,国外已有不少报道。参照这些文献,我们建立了自己的反相高效液相色谱测定空气中涕灭威的方法。空气中的涕灭威用玻璃纤维滤膜采集,甲醇洗脱,洗脱液注入色谱仪。色谱柱为5×150毫米YWG-C_(18)反相键合柱,流动相为甲醇:水(90:10),流速1毫升/分钟,检测器为UV-254纳米。本法的最小检出量为1纳克,洗脱效率97.3%,采样效率98.4%。本法的变异系数,涕灭威浓度在1.0、3.0、4.5微克/毫升时,分别为1.7、1.6、0.8%。
Determination of environmental water by HPLC, aldicarb in crops, foreign reports have been many. With reference to these references, we established our own RP-HPLC method for the determination of aldicarb in the air. Alduril in the air with glass fiber membrane acquisition, methanol elution, eluent injected into the chromatograph. The column was a 5 × 150 mm reversed-phase YWG-C 18 column with a mobile phase of methanol: water (90:10) with a flow rate of 1 mL / min and a detector of UV-254 nm. The minimum detectable amount of this method is 1 ng, the elution efficiency is 97.3% and the sampling efficiency is 98.4%. The coefficient of variation of this method, aldicarb concentrations 1.0, 3.0, 4.5 micrograms / ml, respectively, 1.7,1.6,0.8%.
